Are there any grants, social help programs for single parents in Illinois?

I am in need of child care, subsidized utility bills, a tutor for college, possible mentor, tutors for the kids, before and after school programs

Sometimes you can get more than you need in aid so that you can use some for stuff like tutors and bills.

Department of human services Illinois can help with medical and food bills plus provide you with local services to lower utility bills and provide income based childcare and also income based housing:

If you qualify for Amerigroup though the DHS, they can also provide your children with a free membership the the Boys and Girls club of America for after school care and tutoring.

Also talk to your utility companies about your situation and they will often work with you.

Your college classes may provide a free tutoring session or study groups. Talk with your counselor or professor.
