Are excuses really the tools of incompetence?

Well I’d really like to answer that but I’m kinda busy right now.

Excuses are a way out from taking responsibility or not wanting to be wrong. Incompetence is to describe someone who thinks they know everything about everything but everything they touch goes to the wayside. There’s another word for wayside, but I won’t type it! LOL

it depends on how a person used it. Incompetency cannot be measured by making excuses but rather on the way a person do their stuff.

Yes, because instead of learning how to do something well, excuse-makers waste their abilities looking for ways to cover up their lack of competence.
