any one have a complaining letter please I need help about this one thank you?

Write a letter of complaint. Follow the rules for a business letter, and use the full-block style. The

complaint may be about anything you wish (such as malfunctioning equipment, poor building

maintenance, or disruptive noises from a nearby office). You can base your letter on a true

experience, or you can make up all the details you need.

Dear Sir,

I’m afraid that I’m forced to write to you about the collection of dustbins in Larch Grove .This morning ,for the third time in three weeks, the council dustmen have left an appalling amount of rubbish -paper,ash,cans,and bottles- on the pavements of Larch Grove.surely it is not impossible to collect rubbish without spreading half of it over the streets.I would be most grateful if you would put this matter right immediately. We want clean houses, gardens and streets in this town.

Yours faithfully,,

Never heard of full-block style, but u would set it out with ur address & date in top right hand corner. Name & address of person/company complaining to on left, a bit further down. Then: Dear Sir, Madam or name, In middle of next line, subject of complaint , underlined.

Eg

Dear Sir,

Faulty Washing Machine.

I bought one of your washing machines 3 months ago. It worked very well for the first two months but since then has not stopped leaking. As it is under warranty, I have consulted the store I bought it from but theyhave been unable to fix it.

I am therefore writing to you as the company who makes these machines, so ask if you can sort out my problem for me

Yours faithfully/sincerely. Hope this helps

Dear Sir

The decision to replace Her Majesty’s Christmas Broadcast with extracts from “Oh, Calcutta” has caused deep distress to many such as myself. If this is their decision, the Three Wise Men need their heads examined.

Yours faithfully,

start off with “to whom it may concern:” and that start writing about the complaint also explain why you deserve a refund or something along those lines
