“And how”?
What does it mean when you say “and how”?
like.. if someone says something and you respond “and how!”… when would you do that? what would the first person be saying for that to make sense? what’s it mean?

In today’s terms, it’s equivalent to:
“Right on!”
“You got that right!”
“No s—!”
“That’s for sure!”
There are others, but these should suffice.

I think it is used either in a derogatory sense, when you cut short the dialogue of the other person, to mean that he/she is talking something baseless.

someone askes you to do something and you say and how, meaning how in the hell do you want me to do that? Like you don’t have enough time or you just don’t understand how it should be done
