After Diploma in civil Engg. I want to do some external course in India only. Any suggestion?

I have passed Diploma civil Engg. with 1st Class, 3 yrs ago. Due to some domestic problem I have not completed further Education. Now I want to do some external study in India only. Any suggestion? (Other than IGNO & Yashvantrao chavan Open Uni.).
