b) how much time is needed to reach he maximum height?

c) how high is that point?

1a♦ |V|= sqrt(15^2+22^2) m/s; angle=atan(15/22) rad;

b♥ 15=g*t, hence t=15/9.8 s;

c♣ h=0.5*g*t^2 = 0.5*9.8*(15/9.8)^2 m;

2♠ time to target t=60/300 =0.2 s; in this time the bullet will be h=0.5g*t^2 below the rifle; target be placed at 2-h meters;

almost no hope it helps though!
