What does this saying mean and what is the logic behind it?

The a method for getting attention from both of them. Queens have high opinions of themselves and are used to having everyone treat them like they are above everyone else. Treating them rudely, or as if they didn’t matter is likely to provoke a reaction…hopefully a good one.
Same thing with a whore…more often than not they are not treated well, and someone treating them like a queen is not necessarily something they are used to. This too is likely to provoke a reaction….hopefully a good one.
