You have to be a legal resident of the US to join the US Military.

first… quit smoking joints.
Second… contact the US embssy.
But if you go back to smoking joints while in the US military… they’ll toss you in Leavenworth Federal Penetentiary for a few years… then deport you back to Jamaica.
