My previous result is not up to the marks so how could I get best job in IT sector?
My 10th marks is 59.9%, 12th marks is 47.1%, Graduation 49.5%, MCA 71.2%

. According to the ‘elkriver’ site, your scores are about average. Of course that will NOT get you the ‘best job’ in a technical career!
Test scores are nice for 2 things: It lets you, and most of the world, know how smart you are in a particular subject/field. And that tells you if you’re qualified to work in that field. You’re probably not qualified for the Best Job. So you either increase your knowledge or accept a lesser position.
“Knowledge is Power”. Continue your education if you can or accept a menial job. .
