Scored an 84/117 on my asvab, what does that mean?
I took it in 04/07, on the computer, if that matters at all. Thanks in advance for any feedback, its greatly appreciated.

it depends what branch you are trying to go into i scored a 101 when i joined the army back in 1997 and i chose to be a 13m and i got out in Aug of 2001 i joined the navy in DEC 2001 and i scored something like a 67 and all i qualified to be was a cs it also goes what skill you scored the highest in and they will give you a list of jobs to choose from that con sits of what you scored the high st in and the needs of that branch IE navy, marines, or army

It means that you scored very well.It opens up about any MOS that you care to pursue.You scored in the 84th percentile,with a 117 out of a possible 140 or so.
