Is the sythetic urine passable in a pre emaployment drug test?

I need to take a urine test and I was told from many individuals that the synthetic urine (it comes with a heater and thermometer) is a sure bet to pass. Is there any way for the lab testing know. Its PH balanced and its Unisex.
