YES!!! Are you kidding?
The CCNA is probably one of the hardest certifications. If you have no expirience you should try taking the A+ first. If you prepare with good books or a course or a guarunteed passing program like TestKing then it wont be impossible. Expirience is very helpful

Noah is right, although N+ also can help.
I don’t get why people think they can pass the CCNA without experience or some hands on training. Imagine taking a microsoft test without EVER seeing windows, then remember that Cisco exams give you half the time and require 10% more correct to pass.
