CollegeBoard SAT book…???
Is it any good? Also, does it SHOW you how to do the math problems? Because that’s the biggest thing I have issues with. I have no idea how they do these problems. It would be nice if they showed you steps, or at least give you SOME information on how to do it. lol. Also.. do they have answers for the questions?

Well it is “official” which means the practice tests were actual SAT tests that were given before. But there aren’t any explanations for the questions, only the answer (letter A, B…). You should get the Princeton Review book, they have explanations and answers for everything including the math.

Typically entrance exam prep books will have a refresher on the topics and mainly focus on the practice test. If you want to learn the topic in detail than you need to use the specific topic book (example Math focused book).
If your concepts are good than I suggest you go with workbook alone which has the sample tests. If not, I recommend you use work book for practice and corresponding text book for concept development.

So you have 1/5 cup of oj to start with. That means that you already have 3/15 of the cup filled with oj. There are 12/15 of the rest of the cup that you will divide equally into 3. 12/15 divided by 3 = 4/15. Then you add the 3/15 of orange juice that you started with to the 4/15 that was added later, and you get 7/15 of a cup of orange juice. I hope this helps.

i believe the collegeboard sat book is best for the practice tests.
to get very good and in-depth math review, you should get the barron’s book if you have a lot of time to memorize all of their tactics.
otherwise, get the princeton book. it has a good reputation.

no… it doesnt show you how to do every math problem… like if you do the practice test and check your answers… it doesnt tell you what you did wrong in solving it…
