ok im going to 6th grade and every night before a new school year start i cant sleep tips please?

Unfortunately, sometimes people just can’t sleep. It doesn’t mean you’ve got a problem, like insomnia.
Try to relax. Are you excited or worried? Make sure you’re all packed and ready to go two days in advance, so that you’re not rushing to get everything done the day before school.
Listen to some relaxing music, either before bed or when you’re in bed. Try to focus on things besides school.
Again, don’t stress out when you can’t sleep. You’re young enough that it won’t hurt you to be a little sleep-deprived. Just wait until college!
Run/Jog –
I know you are just a kid but really, the best way to deal with it is to get your mind off of it. Run with enough time to relax 1 hr before bedtime. Read a book. .. Stay away from anything that is going to lift your metabolism. Don’t eat anything with sugar or carbs.
Either way, it works and I know from experience!
