a 2 on an ap test is that passing?

Ohh I hated taking AP tests! They were so long! A two isn’t bad but unfortunately it’s not passing. =( Sorry. A three and up is passing.

Seeing as how an AP exam isn’t a pass/fail type of deal, a 2 on it I believe won’t get you the college credit. I’m sure its a 3 or higher

2 does not qualify you for credit or anything. You need at least a 3 or above. Some top notch colleges only accept 5 on some tests.

Occasionally, but only at a very few colleges, you might get credit for a 2. However, the vast majority of schools will not accpet 2s for college credit. A 3 is passing, but only just (many colleges don’t even give credits for 3s).

a 2 is not passing. in order to be considered a “pass”, you need a 3. however, most colleges don’t even accept a 3. nice try, though

2 is usually not considered passing. :/ A 3 or higher is passing for most colleges. Question though.. when did you get your scores? And do you live on the west coast or east coast or in between? Just wondering when I will get mine, I live near the east coast 🙂

i got a 2 on it too…don’t worry….but no….its not passing. a 3+ is passing….its not that bad though….a 1 has no recomendation…a 2 is possilbe recomendation while a 3 is recomendation.

oh.. this sent me back to my hs days… i hate ap tests… but yeah, 2 is almost there, but not quite.. you failed 😛
