Oooh, that is pretty open-ended. How about this: Write a research paper on something you are interested in. For example, if you like sports, write a research paper on athlete behavior and use examples like Michael Vick (NFL) and Barry Bonds (MLB). If you like science, write a paper on the Hawaiian Islands and how they are all volcanic in nature. Good luck!

If you don’t mind psychology-related articles, there’s tons of information available on depression, eating disorders, the effects of drugs (on every conceivable sphere of behavior) ethical concerns in animal research, etc;
You can probably guess what my specialization is.

However, even though I’ve given you a few ideas, it’ll probably be more beneficial and fun for you if you pick something that interests YOU. Start with Google. Type in a search term in whatever interests you and follow links. I’m pretty sure you’ll find something soon that will make you think ‘hey, here’s something I want to know more about.’

You don’t have to choose something you currently know about, but something you are interested in learning more about…you’re more likely to do better research that way, than if the topic completely bores you.
Choose a topic about which you have some curiosity…good luck!
