I don’t know if there are SPECIFIC elements listed somewhere… But the answer here can vary greatly.

‘Ethics’ typically describes an individual’s personal beliefs regarding what is right and wrong.

So, keeping that in mind…

Some people would reference the Holy Bible.

Some people would look to another religious text.

Others recall the teachings of their parents.

Still others look to groups such as the KKK.

Personally, I believe that the ‘elements of ethics’ means one should:

Take into consideration the well-being of yourself and others.

Regard the feelings of all people involved.

Follow the law of the land.

Feel good about the decision being made.

If you follow that, you can’t really go wrong, can you?

Ethics means a level of behavior that is acceptable by todays standards. An ethics committee would consider, before permitting a certain action to take place, such things is it morally acceptable, will it offend anyone racially or religiously, is it tyhe ‘right’ thing to do. These are questions that are not necessarily written in law but are things that are ruled by socially aceptable standards. .
