1. Do you support the banning of fireworks completely? Would you rather ban only personal usage of fireworks?
2. During huge holidays like the Fourth of July, how many people are injured due to fireworks related accidents?
3. Do you believe the state as a whole would benefit from the banning of fireworks?

5. Do you think that Californians can celebrate holidays without fireworks?

1) fireworks shudn’t be banned completely. that would be totally violating ppl’s rights. however, precautions can be taken by both buyer and seller so that nothing goes wrong. you can elaborate further here abt how and other stuff like that.
2) this i think you shud be able to find the stats on the net.
3) banning fireworks would only cause more chaos. because by banning it, ppl will try to get it thru the black market and thus causing more problems.
4) Fireworks is definitely not a problem. Provided the user follows the instruction carefully.
5) I don’t know anything abt californians but us asians always think that fireworks is one of the best ways to end a function/party/ball/wedding. There are definitely other ways to celebrate holidays. It just depends on the individuals.
