I’m guessing the whole fraction is under the square root……

1. sqrt(1)/sqrt(6)

==>multiply by sqrt(6)/sqrt(6)

sqrt(6) / 6

2. sqrt(1)/sqrt(125)

sqrt(1)/5sqrt(5)

==>multiply by sqrt(5)/sqrt(5)

sqrt(5)/25

1. √(1/6)

= √ (1/6)x(6/6)

= 6√6

2. √1/125

= 1/5

the top one you cannot have a number on the bottom so you must multiply it by something that will give it its squared factor so it is simple to remove from being squared… you do 6/6 because it is equal to 1…this doesn’t effect the problem because anything multiplied by 1 is the same…

the second one is just (1/5)^2 so it is very simple

assuming sqroot(1/6) or sqroot(1/125).

q is quareroot (your chkmark).

q(1) / q(6)

1 / (q(6) = q(6)/6

q(1/125) =

1/q(5*5*5) =

1/5*q(5) =

q(5) /25

Depending on teacher many dont want the sqrt left on bottom.
