ok, so i need community service for my school, and i dunno where to work at, i tried da library but dey already have lots of volunteers, plz help!

Well, it really comes down to what interests you. Community service doesn’t need to be boring, it should be something that you’ll enjoy. Here’s a few places you might consider looking into:
Habitat for Humanity
YMCA
Big Brothers/Big Sisters
Humane Society
Volunteering at a hospital or nursing home
Helping with a community clean-up/environmental cause
Think about what you’re passionate about and go from there. You might find its something you’ll want to do beyond the required hours for graduation. I think that’s the point behind community service-not free labor 🙂

Try your local YMCA or Boy’s and Girl’s Club, nursing homes or hospital’s. Go to you local school district and see if you can volunteer there, usually school’s need volunteers to read to younger students. Try the United way in your local community or city.
