2-correct
3-hodgepodge actually means a weird mix, a mishmash of something. if he got the same book over and over, he actually exactly didn’t get a hodgepodge.it’s more like a monotony, although that’s not the greatest way to use that word
4-incessantly means continuously and constantly, like a baby that cries incessantly in the night. it just won’t stop. if you do something repeatedly at the same time everyday, that’s more like routinely
5-correct
6-loath means absolutely hate each other. doesn’t sound like this is the case here. they may love or adore each other, but they certainly don’t loathe each other.
2. grovel is ok
3. hodgepodge is ok.
4. incessantly (not ceasing – as to annoy) I don’t think this is the word you want to use with this sentence.
5. lavish is okay.
6. loathed (means: hatred toward one another). This word does not reflect correctly in the sentence you are using. Also, you need a period after other.
Anything else in the way of help would be “my” homework assignment and not yours…..good luck
