Do high schools in Hawaii have the same learning standards as in New York?
It’s me again. I am moving from New York to Hawaii. New York has one of the highest standards of education and requires students to take more exams than other states. I am concerned because I will be moving in the beginning of September (when school starts in NY) and school in Hawaii starts July 31st. I will be more than a month behind and am wondering how the education and learning levels differ. I was placed in mostly advanced classes last year. Will this setback affect my education? Or are the “laidback Hawaiians” laidback with their educational system as well? All answers are appreciated and thank you all for your time!

the standards will be different since school standards are controlled by the sate and local governments and not the federal government. i personally dont know anything about hawaii’s educational system, but i know that NY is semi-strict with its educational policy

actual maximum of them, like myself, do learn popular english. in spite of the shown fact that, the instructor is a fail if the scholars are writing like they talk. you may desire to write extra sensible than you talk, a minimum of that’s what my instructors instructed me. Language is fluid and evolving; the grammar isn’t incorrect, basically diverse. They should not be instructing them of their own dialect however, they could desire to teach them the popular dialect.
