When do you use on, in at, etc.?
This is an ENGLISH grammar question. E.g. should you say:
What do you have “in” mind? (or “on” mind)
Are you (“in” “on” or “at”) my house?
In other words, when it is appropriate to use one or another preposition?

What do you have IN mind to do today? (What are you considering)
Or what do you have ON YOUR MIND (what are you thinking about?)
Are you AT my house (location)?
Are you IN my house (specifically to find out whther they are inside or outside)
Are you ON my house (if you are expecting some roof work done.)
The rest, well, you will just have to learn as you go.
