i cannot sit one hour continuously to study but i have to ! i am going to face my public exams next yr help!?

First of all, don’t buy into the crap of “ADHD”. it’s only an excuse to give as to why you shouldn’t have to do something (i.e., “I don’t do it because I CAN’T”). If you buy into that load of garbage, then you WILL fail; guaranteed.

You may not do a good job of it now, but you can teach yourself how to. As was said before, practice; Practice practice practice. Work with someone who can put together a plan to work yourself up to the one hour of test taking.

You need to condition yourself to sit still for the same amount of time as your public exams in the same environment, i.e., make sure when you study you have no outside distractions, etc. Your test taking skills will improve if you follow this rule. Start practicing now and work your way up to the amount of time that will be required for your public exams.

I agree that you need to condition yourself for it. Have you ever wondered why you can’t sit for very long? You may be ADHD. If so, you could get accommodations for testing.
