What should go in a backpack on the first day of high school?

Don’t bring a backpack on the first day of school. Just bring a binder with loose leaf paper and pencils/pens to take notes. Mainly the teachers just give you a class syllabus and discuss rules, etc. There is no need for excessive supplies on the first day; you’ll just have to worry about carrying it around.

i not at all introduced a backpack the 1st day, basically a binder to hold papers with regard to the classes. you quite get no longer something the 1st day and you will basically placed the binder on your locker on the top of the day. i advise i think you need to convey a bag yet you wont prefer lots basically a pencil and paper and folder. and tips: don’t be snotty and caught up or act like your extra constructive than all and sundry. be relax and make acquaintances. be open to answering questions and dont be shy.

note books for your classes. pens pencils, a folder for every class (i remember just using a trapper keeper for all of my folders. I usually kept an assignment notebook/ calendar to write your assignments and write down days of tests/due dates for papers etc. If you need anything more thant that, your teacher will tell you the first day of class (like some math classes need a graphing calculator, goggles for chemistry…whatever) things like that they won’t expect you to have the first day unless they tell you in a letter before school starts. I remember my school sent out a mailing during the summer which had a supply list and things you should do before class starts. Don’t forget to enjoy higschool because the years go by quickly. At my school we don’t get lockers the first day. Don’t bring to much. So if you bring to much, you’re, well screwed. But that’s only if you guys don’t get your lockers. Folders, paper, pencil, lunch or lunch money. Lunch the first day is hectic where I go. If you’re school has a lot of students, I’d suggest packing your lunch even though that sounds “geeky”. Oh and don’t forget your schedule!

P.S. Like others have said, don’t bring a backpack.

Have a folder for each of your classes so you can keep things organized. Have a couple of pens and pencils. And also make sure you have a notebook of paper and a planner so you can write down any important dates your teachers might give you.

For your first day, that should probably get you through.

As I recall, the first day of high school you’ll just collect your books. Maybe you’ll bring a lunch.

just basic things ike ur pencil,pen,rubber,ruler..ect.. a notepad..just in case..ur timetable…

just organized things that u think u need them…

more important..be confident..just act cool…

if u ar nervous..people don’t want to be friend with u…
