*Beginning to wonder why immigrants must pass a test, writing in perfect English, complete with proper spelling and punctuation, just to be allowed to join a country whose young inhabitants typically communicate such as this question.*

Only the apostrophe s on the work looks. Otherwise it just looks like an abbreviated, kind of fun way of writing. It’s harder for me to read than regular typing.

We should not be too brief to confuse the reader if we want to get correct answer.

Well, the first word would look OK, if you’d capitalize it–and the fourth question mark would be fine, if you left off the other question marks, and the periods…..
