HACC recently provided culinary chefs for the inauguration of Ed Rendell; it was televised on “Dinner: Impossible”
YTI (formerly York Technical Institute) seems to have a good reputation.
And with Baltimore and Washington DC just a stone’s throw away, there are plenty of others if none of these suit.
