I have 3 boys. Is it better to send them all to the same school or to different ones?

As with most things, there are advantages and disadvantages.
I have an older brother and a younger sister. We grew up in a small town and therefore all went to the same schools. The teachers all knew my older brother and had expectations of me since he was an overachiever. It was nice to have a path to follow, but it meant a lot of extra hard work in sports and social settings, but it all was easier since he paved the way. I would probably be a much different person had I not followed a relative. It took some of the challenge out of it. Whether that’s good or bad, I don’t know. Later in life when I needed to make my own way, I wasn’t as good at it as others.
There probably isn’t a better choice, it’s just trade offs.

Why would you want to isolate your kids from each other?
