When you have this goals , we try to achive this to our best capability. This experiences should make us wiser and a better person . Do a personal review every 10 yrs. Have you grown wiser, has the experiences made you a better person . If not, it’s time to do something about it. Has your relationship with God improved ? How is your self confidence ? All this is defined in live life to the fullest. There are alot of other definitions for this, but too lengthy to go on.

Are you OK with this room size ? It is OK for me as a single person. If it was larger than this, it would be fit for two persons.

I used to use that line a lot.

I was and still am clinically depressed. The psychiatrist put me on all sorts of antidepressants. I took my medication like a good boy.

So; when asked, “How are you doing today” my stock response was, “If I were any better I would have to be twins”. It meant that I was as good, as happy as one person could be. If I got any better or happier one person couldn’t hold it.

It was a lie. All the meds did was make; me a fantastic liar, my family feel better because they though I was better and me feel like a door mat. I stopped taking the meds. I don’t smile anymore but at least it is me. I don’t use that stupid expression anymore either.

I always thought it was about getting more done or being in 2 places at once. But as a Gemini, I am a “twin”.
