In the movie, it was something like :”They [the things you lose] always come back to you in the end. Except not maybe the way you expect.” I don’t remember exactly, but that was the gist of it.
Knowing what a good writer Rowling is, that comment MUST be an allusion to something that will happen in the next movie.
