Can anyone tell me whether a Czech student can have a part time job and go to college at the same time? What jobs can a student have? I’d especially like answers from any Czechs, particularly college students, that are on here.

ja by poradil, jako amik ktery bydli v brne, ze nejlepsi by bylo jen pracovat v ameru. Jako student, asi musis platit na skolu v USA. Muzna ne, ale jestlu jo tak muzes vydelat $50-75 denne v obchodu, takovy prace jako brigadnik. V restuarace, vydelas vic ale to ulpne zalozi na mesto a restuarace. Kdyz jsem byl student, jsem pracoval v video pujcovne, a pracoval patek a pres vikend. Jsem mel dost casu na skolu, ale urcite jsem nevydelal dost aby platil na skolu.

Since you are from Europe, most probably you shall get a part time job. Actually there are lots of jobs available in the college campus where students normally get $5 per hour.
Otherwise u can also work in shops or at restaurants. Don’t worry.

JUst go to college, and work at McDOnalds or something.
