Need MBA transfer advice?

I am currently taking MBA classes online with a relatively small school in Southern California. I am considering transferring to Arizona State (ASU) where I can take classes in person. I already paid the $50 application fee to ASU and have to have all my application materials to ASU by September 15. The GMAT costs $250 and I may not get accepted, though I think I have a strong chance. I have been working for several years and have plenty of work experience. Should I eat the $50 and stay at the smaller school or pay the $250 for the GMAT and go for ASU? Is it worth it for me to transfer?
