is there any difference if you sleep first before you study or study first before you sleep?

Here are a few tips on studying in general.
1) Focus on one subject at a time; if you have a few to do, do all of one, then take a break, then start the second.
2) Study different subjects in different locations; the mind often organizes information from its spatial environment, so I’d, for example, study chemistry in the living room, biology in the kitchen, and history in the bedroom.
3) Try Ginko Biloba. It is an herb that is suppose to increase oxygen to your mind by openning up your carotid arteries more (however, sometimes they are already open all the way so it doesn’t do anything).
4) Try to make mnemonic devices for remembering lists of things.
