Is there a college degree called Social Engineering?
Thinking about re-patterning your society?Social Engineering maybe the answer. Somebody should add this up in the curriculum of schools.

There are no university majors by the name of social engineering. Essentially, I see the dry humor in your statement. 🙂

Bad advising from advisers hired by universities that make a killing exchanging degrees of little value for increasingly massive tuition payments, and a culture which tends to tell you if you don’t go straight from high school to college, even if you’ve got no idea what you want to be and could really benefit from a year or two of working, volunteering, traveling abroad or some other productive thing that’s never going to be as easy to do as it is at 18, that you’ll never amount to anything in life. So kids rush in, choose a degree that sounds interesting because they haven’t got a clue how they want to contribute to a world they’ve never truly experienced. I held off on college for a year and a half, volunteered at my old elementary school, got a job so I could go into it with disposable income, best decision I ever made and it got me interested in education. Personally I think some humanities and arts degrees shouldn’t be useless because they do create some excellent graduates, but they’re treated that way by employers who I think could be missing out on some incredible candidates.
