What are the best universities/schools for screenwriting and playwriting?

New York University and UCLA, without doubt. However, there are also extremely strong programs at University of S. California, at Sarah Lawrence and at Middlebury (although those last two are more geared toward creative writing in general.) I’ve also heard good things about the program up at Vancouver Film.
