Are there any med or PAschools that accept students who have BA’s in arts and no med/science background?

I have a BA in liberal arts and have no experience/prior training in medical sciences. However, I have been more and more interested in going to med school or get a Master’s in Physician Assistant studies. All the schools I’ve looked at require numerous prereq’s that I don’t have. Do you know of any schools that don’t? Thanks for your help!
