After MCA?
I have completed my MCA and is right now having 3+ work experience. What are my options in terms of further studies?

I would suggest you better go for a Management degree , because as you are already in work after MCA, try concentrating on pursuing MBA which i am sure will help you in growing vertically because not many techies do an Management degree they stop with a professional technical degree. this would be a best bet. 🙂
