I live in minnesota, and want to go to college in california to get a degree in international busineess. What are some good colleges for that, and i also want to learn to surf, so where are some good colleges to learn to surf near?

well theres some near beach like santa monica college, but its a community one i think. its right near the beach. but dont be concerned with that, cuz many colleges here are within an hour from the beach……be more concerned with the programs and studies they offer.
