In what kind of trouble can the Dean of Students get into for…….?
1. Threatening a student or stating to a student that the college will press charges against her but it’s been two months now and nobody charged her, so after harassment, rape, and slander from the men and cafe employees she dropped out of college.
2. Telling a student that she’s(different student) a drama queen and making everything up.

Re #1&2 – Talk to a lawyer. I know of a dean of students who was facing criminal charges for something similar. At the very least, it’s a viable civil suit against the dean and the university.
Or, if that is too drastic, write a letter detailing your expierence with the Dean of Students (details as in specific events and dates). Send it in hard copy form to the Dean of Students, as well as her boss, and their boss, all the way up to the President’s Office. Also send it to the SGA and the school newspaper. Make sure there is a “Cc” listed so the Dean of Students knows that all of her superiors know.
