I personally haven’t been through pharmacy school, but a friend of mine is going through it right now. We did a Bachelor of Science together already, then he went on to do pharmacy. So already having a science background has helped him I believe.
He says it’s VERY chemistry-based. Knowing all the drug interactions with the body and stuff. Lots of pharmacology and biochemical pharmacology (Obviously I guess). I would just recommend that you like chemistry and biochem.
I did a few pharmacology subjects at uni, and it’s all about learning how the drugs work (biochemically) and route of administration, and bioavaillability.
Sorry I can’t help much more.

My sister is a pharmacist. Pharmacy is generally a five year program. The first two years revolve around GE’s, math, biology and 4 semesters of chemistry ( 2 general and 2 organic). It is very competitive. It is not easy. After the pharmacy classes start you learn how to dispense and even make medicines.
