While having a criminal record will make it hard for you to find work with people you don’t know, the same is not true with those you do! In college, you meet professors and fellow students who go out into the world and help you get a leg up. Make friends and build relationships with people in college, and it won’t matter to them what your record is.
And, just because you have a felony doesn’t mean you cannot accomplish your dreams, think about possibly starting a business with a business administration degree. If you need loans there are plenty of private loans available to pay after you graduate. I wouldn’t recommend them but it may be the only choice. (astrivestudentloans.com)
KimKG is correct about networking while in college. I know lots of people who wouldn’t have a good job otherwise.
Just thought I’d add a quote I like to remember when I’m taking on a new challenge:
“Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don’t complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don’t bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality . Wake Up and Live!” -Bob Marley
there will be times when u will feel completely worthless, useless and incompetent, but that is the time to find new potential within u .
well education is indeed very important nowadays. so, just remember, a single bullet may destroy our body but knowledge will always remain with us..
