BSc: Bachelor of Science. (First Degree)

PGDip.: Postgraduate Diploma (add on to a degree)

MA: Master of arts (postgraduate degree)

MSC: Master of Science (postgraduate Degree)

Ba or BSc is a first Degree and can take between 3 to 4 years to complete.

A PG Dip is a postgraduate course lasting about a year. Some PGDip. courses can lead on to a Masters.

You need a first Degree before you can do any postgrad courses.

MA and MSc are Masters degree programs which can last anything from one to a few years.

PS.

You don’t GET degrees. You work for them and earn them.
