Are transcripts only for graduates?
I am in the process of continuing my education. The college that im trying to get in has certain requirements for enrollment. I have to show evidence of certain classes I took while in highschool. I never got a diploma but I did get a G.E.D. would a transcript help me to show the classes I took while in highschool?

No. If you take classes at a different college, you need to transfer those classes to your college in order to get credit. The transcript will have your classes and grades. So, yes.

Yes, in fact I think it may be the only way to document the fact that you took the classes.

No you get them when you switch to another school, it’s basically a paper that has all earned credits and your final grade each semester of that credit.

a transcript is your complete academic history. If you were to request one from your school or where ever it would have everything on it.
