You are more likely to find employment in the HR field with only an MBA and a HR focus. It is hard to find employment in the marketing field with no actual marketing experience even if you have an MBA with a Marketing focus.

Hi.. I would advice you to take System Operations and HR. As u mentioned you are a computer engineer so definately first choice should be System Operations.Secondly every organisation has to manage people and HR is a subject which takes into account many executive positions within the company.Today HR has spread its presence in every department within the organisation. Whether it be India or any other country, management of people is required everywhere and understanding about the workforce and its functionality is a Global concept.
