How come Arkansas is………?
pronounced Ar-can-saw…. not “Ar-can-sass” because the state of Kansas is pronounced “Can-sass” (I believe) not “Can-saw”
Who knows. I ain’t never been to either place.

I live in Arkansas and i’m still in grade school and I had test over Arkansas History and we did it everyday and we’ve had over like 10 names and it was the indians so yeah. Go Hogs!!! and Arkansas has the only diamond mind in America.
there shouldn’t be a petition because that takes away history.

Don’t know, and I even live here! Probally because ‘r-can-s-al’ sounds better than ‘r-can-sis’. I think Arkansas is pronouce really good!
