What does “James owns” mean? Read my description.?
I have seen more and more girls put on internet profiles their picture and then a guy’s name. For example, one girl wrote “James owns”, “Mike owns” each on two separate pictures. What is this slang for?

Obviously their boyfriends’ names. They appear to want to sacrifice their own identities. A bit like Mrs. John Smith.
Personally I thought we had come a long way since those days but dependent women appear to be alive and kicking.

Hmmm, could be James owns the world like like James rules OR maybe James has everything, including her. It sounds like a good thing.

people tell them to put it i think… if a guy likes a pic he could be like “I OWN THIS PIC” …its dumb.
