I need to know if this is the correct capitlalization for a book title?

take note that the first part is the main title and needs to be highlighted. the second part is only an explanation to the main title and can otherwise be ignored but not the first part.

if you have noticed, you will realise that books with such titles have mostly the main title to be bold and a line drawn underneath it before the second part.
