My wife was a master of malapropisms. My two favorites were:
“If by some miracle you die.”
“If by some tragedy you live.”
God, I miss her.

Zorak says, “I have encountered a few, but, the more glaring examples would be these “gangsta rappers”. Many of their “lyrics” are riddled not just with slang and purposely misspelled words, but many of them don’t know what the words they are saying actually mean. They insert a word that sounds right, without regard to their actual definition. Wish I could give examples. I myself have committed this error, and no one is perfect, but I think reading a dictionary may be of help.”

Yes, many. Ridiculous. It aggravates me when people try to talk to impress other people and then make mistakes and still act as if they are perfect.
One of the worst “Mrs. Malaprops” is our president. How embarrassing!
Here is an example:
“However, they delineate—quotas, I think, vulcanize society.” (i.e. balkanize) – George W. Bush
LOL
Hope this helps! 😉
