Can u correct this? part 2?

Read each sentence. If its is grammatically correct if its not can you correct this?

1. Fred never miss her daily workout because he believes that these will keep her physically fit.

2.Spouse sometimes expect too much from his partners.

3.Our neighbor moved in two weeks ago, but I still have to meet her.

1. Fred never MISSED (or misses) HIS daily workout because he BELIEVED (or believes) (-THAT) THEY WOULD KEEP (or keep) him physically fit. (Or Fred could be a girl?)

2. A SPOUSE sometimes EXPECTS too much from HIS OR HER PARTNER.

OR

SPOUSES sometimes EXPECT too much from THEIR PARTNERS.

3. Our neighbor moved in two weeks ago, but I still have YET to meet her.

4. Someone has blocked the parking lot with HIS OR HER car.

5. (I would change ‘not one’ to ‘none’, but I think technically this is correct. Some people would argue that ‘their’ should be ‘his or her’, however.)
