I think you might mean “What’s not to like about her?”

If so, then this means that’s she’s so nice that there is nothing that you don’t like, or in other words, you like everything about her.

You versed that wrong, the saying is “whats not to like about her”…meaning everything about her is liked, For instance….say another person is asking you a question saying “i dig this chick, whats not to like about her, she is perfect….get it ?
